The wait staff were very attentive kind and professional the restaurant was very clean we maybe waited at the door for 10... minutes before we were seated. The menu was vast and the food was delicious, I had a bacon bacon cheeseburger my daughter hadthe mushroom and Swiss and my wife had some awesome chicken noodle dish. Considering how the parks mall has degraded the last few years it?s no surprise Cheesecake Factory has too. We?re visiting... Arlington for the death of a loved one and wanted a delectable dessert to help ease the pain of it all. We placed a curbsideorder on a Tuesday night for 4 items - Funfetti cheesecake, Turtle cheesecake, Carrot cake and a brownie ice cream sundae.Simple enough, right? Wrong! My husband waited an unjustifiable amount of time in the curbside pickup before he finally justwent in. When we got the order home 50% of it was incorrect. We received the Funfetti and the Carrot cakes. However, wereceived chocolate peanut butter cheesecake instead of Turtle and we received all the fixings for a sundae but no ice cream! Icecream! The main component of a sundae. I?m not sure how you forget the main ingredient. It was hard to enjoy ourselves and thedesserts with 50% of our party unable to enjoy their selections since the store carelessly messed up our order. We contactedthe store immediately upon realizing their mistakes but we never heard back. For the cost of a piece of cake the least youshould expect is the correct flavor. The staff at the Arlington location can do better. Edit: we contacted them as suggestedthe night of the order and have not heard back. This is one of the best experiences with CCF. We enjoyed it. Dinner was for four. The pumpernickel bread is so good! The food... was good cheese cake was good too! The only think I?d say was the silverware were dirty! And the strawberry lemonade was sooooosweet. Our waiter was Ariel! She was amazing. She was patient she was kind and her smile was all good.
