This was not a pleasant experience. We should have known there was an issue here, when we arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday night,... to a mostly empty restaurant. Let's start with the food. The food was less than acceptable. We had the top of a plastic bagunder melted cheese on one entree. The other tasted as if the cooks had emptied an entire bottle of black pepper in it. Theburgers we ordered were good and the highlight of a very poor visit. Normally I am very forgiving of wait staff, their job ishard enough. This time is different. The waiter argued with us about our order at least twice. We almost found ourselvesapologizing for allergies and asking for him to remove an item from an entree order. He never refilled our glasses. He got thedrink orders wrong. He never apologized. He even made the comment that he wasn't well liked because he was so efficient. Unfortunately, we were not able to see any efficacy. We asked to see the manager, and this was after we found the half meltedplastic bag in our food. He took over 30 min to get to the table. Once he arrived, he blamed his tardiness on the kitchen staffbeing slammed. The place wasn't even half full. He didn't offer to have the food remade. The rest of the table had finishedtheir food, leaving this person with no dinner for the evening. I don't suggest you eat here. There are plenty of very goodoptions near by in almost all directions. Had a nice lunch! It's been a while since I have been to TGI, and I was happy with my return. It wasn't too busy at lunchtime,... but I did feel for the manager and worker running around taking care of all of us. Felt a bit understaffed. They had greatattitudes and attended to all our needs and wants. The food was great and warm! The only thing that was a downer was that it wasfreezing in the place!!!! The warm service made up for it. Thanks for a good lunch! Read more

I don’t recommend eating at this Arlington location. This restaurant is severely understaffed and the food takes too long to... come out. Then once the food arrives you don’t even want to eat it because it took so long to arrive. Just drive across thestreet to Hooters…. Which is usually more crowded but at least you’re food comes out faster and they have more efficient andprofessional staff. I ordered the chicken and shrimp alfredo at TGI’s and the meat was seasoned but the noodles were bland. Not worth the price. Read more

Before heading to the 49ers game, we dropped in to get a bite to eat. It was good. The food was hot. We tried an appetizer with... a variety of items, best decision because we couldn't make our minds up on what we actually wanted. My husband and I bothordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp.
