I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, two medium Baja blast drinks, and an order of you?re taco fries. First they charge me regular... price for the drinks that were on sale so I went back, they were very courteous and gave me some money back. I got home andstarted to eat the crunch wrap supreme and something on it is spoiled it has a very sour taste. Not sure why they have a phonenumber when they don?t answer their phone for me to let them know. I called three times and still they pick it up and then hangit up. Very bad customer service on phone. Don?t give out your number. The gentleman who gave me my money back kept my ticket soI do not know what the number of the store is. It was on North Collins, Arlington Texas . Read more
I absolutely love Taco Bell! That being said, my favorite thing about this particular location is one of the employees! She... knows me by name and doesn?t hesitate to speak/talk to me every time I come through the drive through! Unfortunately, I don?tknow her name! Ordering on the app is the way to go! We visit this taco bell rather frequently and 9/10 it hits the mark. Hot food, good... portions. But occasionally we'll get a weak taco or cold potatoes. But it's never enough to turn us off from our next visit. Read more

The food was actually good for once. Most T bells the pita bread is hard or soggy. This time it was actually fresh and tasted... good. And I think they do something different with the meat here because I usually have to blow up a toilet 30 minutes after Ieat, but this time I actually didn't have too for once. Read more
The staff was very nice to my sister & I even with our food allergens. They made sure we didn't get over charged and that food... was right. The lady who took our order to come back which was really sweet. We aren't from Texas otherwise we likely would comeback as it was my best taco bell experience so far. :) Read more
Lobby door unlocked at 10:40 pm. Line wrapped around the building for drive-thru all the way at the street. Manager says "my... lobby closed" I said "even for to go orders?: and basically ran me out unapologetically. Very rude customer service as if I'min the wrong. No lobby hours posted on the door and they left it unlocked. Line is ridiculous and barely moving. Must beunderstaffed, teach your mgmt team to be more respectful when they fail to lock their own doors. I went thru drive-thru,horrible customer service, lack of communication, and over 25 minute wait. Really? I mean half hour wait for fast food? The miserable disgusting 40-50yo slob with purple hair lady would not give out more than three packets of mild sauce. I?ll... never go back to this place. Not exactly high quality food and the mild sauce def helps the taste considerably. What alooser. Read more
