The staff seemed very sluggish but who knows how long they've been overworked on the day I went in, and they definitely don't... get payed enough. The only big issues is that my cinnamon twists tasted like they were covered in chemicals. Smelled soabhorrent and taste like drinking bleach. Never had this happen at any taco Bell before. Could definitely make me sick later, guess I have to wait and see. Tried to call before leaving a bad review but they didn't answer. Read more
Unfortunately, they are not really friendly and often mess your order up or forget an item. I have stopped going there and only... go occasionally thinking it will have improved. It does seems like when I do go, every few months, they have entirely new staff. Read more
Card reader is out of order frequently. Maybe it?s time to replace the equipment! The employee didn?t offer a solution, like... ordering online. There are 4 of us cars who were told to pull around to the parking lot to wait for our orders. Just received myorder with 1 broken hard taco shell and no taco sauce in the bag. The chalupas are soggy as if the chicken was kept in water andthe water was placed into the chalupa. ???? Not coming here again. I?ll drive further to get better and faster service. Awful food even when compared to other locations, meals are sloppily thrown together regardless of the long wait times in the... drive through. I didn't even post this review until I called them for a question and they responded by saying "they couldn'thear me" before I had even said anything and they hung up. This was 30 minutes before close time and the employees were justsitting in the dining area on their phones. Read more
12:32am and still waiting in line. I ordered 17 minutes ago. This location is so hit of miss. More often miss. The staff is... rude. The wait times can be long. They randomly close early. I would suggest going to the N. Collins location. They seem to haveit together more. Read more

I went through drive-through to order the new Mexican pizza promo. The tacos were the regular tacos. They didn?t put the sour... cream. And the Mexican peso was absolutely horrible. The beans have aftertaste and we?re over cooked and nasty. I have a throwthe whole thing away. And by the time I left, they were closed and I couldn?t call anyone to let them know how disgusting mymeal was. Unacceptable. Read more
