Ever since I moved to this God-forsaken city I have been giving this location chances on chances. Ever since I moved here they... have been out of half of their ingredients, they do not accept coupons unlike every other Subway, and they make the thinnestmost lightweight Subway sandwiches I have ever seen. This last issue is apparent even when asking them for extra (since theywill sprinkle about 3 slivers of whatever you ask onto the sad, sad sandwich), which is not a surprise since the ingredients aresliced extra thin. They are even stingy with lettuce, I'm talking a spoonful. Go to the one on Matlock off of Mayfield. So muchbetter. Read more

This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional subway I have ever visited in my life..workers have zero regard for good... customer service! This is the second time I have visited and ordered my food with almost an hour in advance only to arrive andnot have my order ready. Been to this location twice now, such a positive and friendly staff! Wish I caught the taller gentleman?s name, but he goes... above and beyond with his welcoming service! And the veggies are fresh, the sandwiches are delicious, will probably only ever goto this location from here on out! Read more
The 1: pm worker does not have his name tag to identify him. He is ignorant and has a bad behavior with his clients, I arrived... at the establishment and had a big line about how slow he is and when he referred to me, he asked me for my order and thenignored me, giving another order from another client, giving the sword The consumer that I had by my side does the same to me.
