Walked in to hear "great someone's here you gonna get that or do I have to". Update I went back in recently and needless to say... I will never go back, between the horrible service the person making My sandwich refused to listen to what I asked for. To the management staff of this Subway..I don't normally come to this location because of the service I have received in the... past, but today 9/17/22 Ms.Dawn and Aniya were phenomenal!! They were so friendly and made my sandwiches just the way I asked. Iwill return again because of them. Great customer Service is so important. Thank you ladies so much!! Read more

This subway has to be one of the worst experience I?ve had. Employees are rude, specially the lady working there. I asked a... question to one of the guys working and she came out of the back room screaming at me that they didn?t have what I was askingfor and gave me an attitude. Never place online orders here. They are 99% of the time going to screw it up. I ordered online with DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS and... food was still wrong. If a person is giving you instruction that's exactly what they expect. I made sure I removed onions frommy sandwich before submitting the order..... Guess what I didn't think to check the damn sandwich before eating it and wish Ihad because it took hours to get better from eating just one bite of the sandwich. The manager says since I ordered online Ineed to contact them but I picked up in this store where ppl in this store made the sandwich. I was ok with a refund. Because Idefinitely don't want nothing else from this location. Read more

Ordered online, had special requests and asked for oil and vinegar for the side . Didn?t get that or napkins . I mean it?s good... food but you spend 20$ you expect everything you ask for ! Read more

Never in my life have I experienced the absolute horror that I did at this subway. The manager yelled me over a price... discrepancy (A THIRTY CENT DIFFERENCE) Because I ordered a bottle soda which on the app is 2.59 and in store it?s 2.89. I hadalready paid via She then yelled at the employee for agreeing with me. WOW !!!. Never would I expect the manager to act likethat. You need a new manager, she obviously hostile towards EVERYONE.
