two customers were in front of me and there wad a long line behind me, the lady on the line kept having LONG conversations with... customers, it took her 30 minutes to get to me, at least 3 customers behind me left cs of course it was clear she didn?t care,when a customer brought to her attention that customer?s were leaving she said ? it?s their choice? and continued talking?. Shealso made a joke about me being in a bad mood and not smiling, I was in a perfect mood when I walked in there but Decided to bethe bigger person and not respond. This was one of the best experiences I?ve had in a subway! 6/11/2022 at 3:30ish the two lady?s on staff need a rasie. They made... the best sandwiches and gave the best customer service! The restaurant was was very clean and well kept! Whoever owns thissubways is doing a great job!!!! Keep it up! Read more
This is one of those if I could leave zero stars I would. 20 minute wait to get 3 subs. Maybe longer. Frequently out of bread.... Slow service. Workers sfo not care! Just horrible and best to not waste your time here - cause that?s likely what you?ll do!Plus they accept people littering - as the person walking out of the door in the photo?but I guess whadya expect? 1st and last time at this location. 2:30pm..not even a busy time. The open light was not on, so it appeared that they weren't... open. Upon entering there was no one in sight for about 30 seconds. The counters were not clean and the floor was sticky anddirty. My order was not correct. It was not toasted, did not have less tomatoes, but did have black olives that I didn't askfor. I went back inside to get my order correctly made and the employee asked me what was wrong with it after I had alreadyplaced the sandwich on the kitchen side of the counter for her to see for herself. The remake had too much tuna, regular amountof lettuce, less spinach, no guacamole, and barely toasted. Not a good experience to say the least. Read more
Food is whatever, I mean it?s Subway and you know what you?re getting?It?s the staff that you can?t rely on!! I am able to count... on one hand how many five star services I have received at this location, and I?ve been going there for years( for conveniencesake) They open late(like hrs late), close early, sloppy work area, and on more than one occasion aren?t even in the store whenI arrive to order!? Got me standing around while, you come in acting like you weren?t just slacking in your car trying to linkwith someone who would sooner sneeze in your direction let alone think of you as a legit pairing option! I stopped coming to this subway due to them always being out of something. It?s been a year now since I?ve stopped going.... Decided to go back last week and they were out of bread?. How is a subway out of bread?? Came back today and they were out ofmeatballs which was an online order that I already paid for so I was stuck with a sandwich my kids didn?t even want. Nice peoplewho work here but would not go back anymore. Waste of time and money if you order online. I suggest going into the store toorder because you are not even notified when they don?t have something in stock until you get there. Read more
We were the only customers. Bugs crawling on sneeze guard window. Flies buzzing near our table. Out of Ham, Turkey, and Bacon.... Horribly expensive. I will never go back. Read more
Not Subway?s finest store. Wait can be long. Sometimes only one person working. Portions are small. The staff is friendly so... increased stars to 3. Hope they improve. Read more
