All that I can share is there was an AMAZING young lady here that was kind and very patient when completing our order.... Especially because we had a few people in our group that could not make up their minds. The sandwiches were DELICIOUS. Read more

The first time I came to this place it wasn't exactly what I would call great. The young employee that made my order was... inattentive, took about five minutes to come from the back after I walked in and the tables were nasty...work ethic wasdefinitely not on the menu Since this place is about five minutes from my house and it's been a few months, I decided to tryagain. My last two experiences here have been a complete 180. The manager and the employee she was training were both friendly,I didn't have to wait for some inattentive teenager to finally come from the back likey first visit here and my sub was actuallyput together with care, not like the foot long disaster I got during my first visit. It looks like someone finally realizedthat change was needed here, things definitely look like they're heading in a positive direction. Read more

The worker making my sandwich was high out of his mind. He had headphones in and kept zoning out or dancing every few seconds.... Half way making my sandwich he just went to the restroom without even saying anything. I had to repeat my order multiple timesbecause he was to busy zoning out or he couldn't hear over his music. It took around 15 mins just to make my one sandwichbecause he kept trying to multi task and make 2 sandwiches at once even though there was no rush, it was only me one otherperson in the store. The customer service was horrible. My son went inside to order his meal and came out very upset because the cashier was rude... and talked ti him in a rude manner because he didn't here him say he wanted a combo abd had ti retyen ti purchase a drinkseperate feom his original order. I did not appreciate that at all. This was only his second time going insude inside anestablishment and purchaseing his own food. Because no was jn there ali thought it would have been a good opportunity for himbut i guess i was wrong. I went to this Subway at 9:10 pm on a Thurs. and the door was locked. Store hours closing time was 9:30. So I went back to me... car to call store because I saw the worker walk to back.I thought I would call, because maybe he didnt hear me knocking on thelocked door. No answer. I called the store manager Courtney the next day and told her about the incident. She said that shewould look at the video tape. I gave her a few days to look at tape and she said that he was punished because he did close thestore but it was 9:25 PM. So why couldn't I open the door at 9:10. I use to drive past Subways just to go to this one but I willdrive right past this one now because they don't honor the hours of operation that is posted on the door. Read more

The location is convenient about 5 minutes from my house. However whenever I come here I always seem to have an issue with the... gentlemen with the dreads. The first time I came I told him one moment while my mom and I decide, he then proceeded to sweep thefloor. We then said we were ready to order he then put on gloves (without washing his hands) and asked what did I want to order.I left because he didn?t wash his hands. Now this is my second time coming and he just threw the toppings on my sandwich I?m notsure if he?s just having a bad day or what but both times I came he has an attitude. Read more
