It is Ridiculous having to wait close an Hour for your MOBILE order .. waited patiently for over 20 mins because I understand... they stay busy but as i went up to the Bautista to ask about my order they weren?t even looking at the mobile orders, and whenhe gets to my order tells me they dont have the stuff I ordered anymore , this New staff aint it, they are all over the place ,be sure to have patience when ordering for 30+minutes for your order Read more
I always come to this Starbucks and enjoy my drinks and the service but today wasn?t that great, I came in and waited in line,... ordered a drink for my sister which she had sent me a picture of the order so I showed it to the employee and told me that theydidn?t have that. That?s fine, I said ?okay let me FaceTime her real quick? so I could ask her what else she wanted. I steppedaside and let the person behind me go while I was asking her. By the time my sister knew what she wanted the person that wasbehind me was done ordering and was paying. The employee that has curly short hair told me that I couldn?t order next eventhough me and the person behind had basically just switched spots she made me get in the back of the line which was another 15minute wait when I had already waited that long the first time? I didn?t even want to argue or cause a scene but it just doesn?tmake sense to me I just listened to her but still am upset about it. Read more
They are VERY busy but still get the drinks out quickly. My pink drink was perfect! Just a warning to those who don?t want to... learn the hard way like I did: this is the starbucks near the ice rink. Not the one in Barnes and Noble (they don?t callthemselves Starbucks, they said they are the Barnes and Noble coffee shop). I ordered online and went to the wrong location. Read more

I ordered through the mobile app to make it ?faster? I had been waiting for 12 minutes and I started to see people that were... there after me getting their drinks and leaving. I waited 17 minutes and I finally asked. ?Where would the mobile orders be at??There was a woman with purple hair and she answered, ?normally they would be on this area (while pointing the counter) but wedon?t have any mobile orders right now?. I said I had been waiting over 15 minutes and her answer was ?Well, we?re behind? rightafter that another barista and her were whispering while side looking at me. After 1 minute they called my name, my hot coffeewas now cold and I totally wasted 18 minutes of my time at this location. It was actually not bad. The staff was courteous and the baristas were attentive and double checked to make sure they prepared... your drinks properly. One hot and 3 blended drinks in under 5 minutes. That was awesome. Definitely coming back. Read more
They didn't have a dark roasted brew coffee when I went but that seems to be the case for most Starbucks I visit in the... afternoons. Also the brewed coffee was extremely hot so be extra careful here. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered 2 drinks at 11:55am and got them at 12:45pm...and the order was wrong. There is no drive-through here... and only 2 people in front of me. There were over 8 people waiting for drinks for around 30 minutes each, and were all waitingfor a refund. They do not call out your name when drinks are ready. The guy making the drinks was just lethargic and justlistening to his headphones without a care in the world. RUDE and VERY SLOW. When I finally got my order, (which just was 2Peppermint Mocha's, hot) One was hot and one was iced and the wrong size. When I asked about it I was met with attitude andeyes rolling. Starbucks needs to send someone from corporate down there , undercover, and show up on a Saturday and just ordera drink. Its a catastrophe, you'll see. Read more
