After reading through the reviews before I posted my own? it is clear to see that no-one has opened their eyes. First off let me... start off By saying my fellow Melanin Queen the lady that runs the morning shift needs to be compensated for urgency withcustomers, I drop my children off nearby for school and have the privilege of watching how Fast pace this woman works. She isnormally the only one coming out servicing every car that pulls up, every car that parks and people like myself that walk up.She is also taking orders, and payments not to mention preparing the food. To those of who are complaining, PLEASE go fill outan application or GO home and make the same simple item you were gonna purchase (like a hot dog) yes it convenience to pull up,grab n go.. but if you are not aware of the changes within the fast food industry in the past 3 years.. you need to read a book.I say this all to say.. GIVE them a Break.. they are doing the best they can with the little help they have! Read more

I was excited because the people in front of me got their orders very fast which is very unusual for this location. I ordered a... medium Dr Pepper and a small cherry slushy. No food. Just these two drinks. I was offered two orders that were not mine as I wasthe first in line. Four people behind me got their orders with food and drink. I even asked the guy how come it is taking me 15minutes to get to drinks and he just looked at me. I left. I really think I have left this sonic more times than I have actuallygotten my food. I wish there was another location closer and I would not have even waited this long if it weren?t for the factit was for my sick daughter and her dad. So now my sick kid and her dad don?t get their drinks and I have wasted 15 minutes ofmy life. If you want drinks I, save yourself the time in this short and precious life and go to Tom Thumb. I would have givenzero stars if I could, but the people working there were actually nice so the one star is deserved. Thank you to the people whoare nice and I?m sorry you have to work at a place with garbage customer service. Read more

This location is nearest to me so I go here often. Most of the time I go and am ignored at the drive thru speaker so I have to... drive up to the pick up area to place my order. I've also gone on occasions where it's 20-30 minutes til closing time andinstead of just stating that they don't want to accept orders because they're about to close, they don't say anything. Tonight Iwaited after getting there at 10:30 and then at 10:45 an employee came out and I asked if they were still open and she told methey aren't taking orders and I need to go somewhere else. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN, IT IS THE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE. This sonic is 1 minute away from my house BUT I will never return. I... gave them multiple chances, but after three TERRIBLE visits I?m done. The first time I tried to look at it as an isolatedincident when I waited for an ocean water I had prepaid for through the app. It took over 30 minutes to get it to me and Iwatched the night crew, it was about 8:30pm, start an altercation with a lady for voicing her frustration. The audacity. Thesecond time was during the lunch hour so I chucked it up to that. The third made me realize it?s a pattern. You will wait 30+minutes and if you have an issue you will be IGNORED. I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake. It came without Oreos, which Ididn?t even complain about because who?s waiting any longer at this point. I took a sip and it was sour like something was old.I pressed the red button no one ever responded but I heard them responding to the other cars in stalls with white drivers. I hadto get out my car and track down an employee. She took the milkshake and offered to make another, I told her to just give me afountain drink. For an additional 15 minutes I was ignored. That?s a picture of Tots w cheese and chili that I didn?t ask for they are over cooked the chili is old and the pretzels are... over cooked. Very disappointed with the wait time and the food! Read more

Every time I forget why I do not visit this location I am reminded by a visit here. I arrived to order a wacky pack and could... hear my drive in neighbor having trouble with this drinks. When it was my turn to order I was told they were out of ocean water,I asked for a root beer and the order taker asked if I didn?t just want a sprite (which is a key ingredient in ocean water) Itold them to keep the drink. I asked what toys were in the wacky pack and was told by the order taker that he didn?t know. Iasked if he could check and he said no. He didn?t know how. Like who puts them in the bag? While waiting a carhop tried to bringme a drink. I shook my head at her since I don?t have any drinks coming and she still stood there insisting I roll down thewindow to claim a drink that isn?t mine. It?s always slow, with frustrated workers here. I think they need some help anddefinitely training in problem solving and customer service. I will never say the job is easy, but neither is mine. It requiresflexibility, learning and being kind. Asking for help when you need it also helps. Manager please support these workers. To topit off my carhop?s nose ring fell out on to the tray when she brought my order. She put it back in then proceeded to hand methings. Totally unsanitary. Read more

Pulled up at this location at about 10:30-10:40pm (google said they closed at 11:00pm) and saw about 5 other cars there and one... guy walking around the front. Pressed the button at one spot and waited for 5 minutes with no response. I noticed the lady inthe car next to me was looking around confused and her screen on her menu said the food was on its way. After 5 minutes and noresponse I figured that intercom system might be bad and went to a different spot. Waited about 3 minutes at the new spot andstill no response. I then saw there was a drive through and figured I?d try that. There were two cars waiting and no one at theintercom then I saw both back up and pull away. At this point it was 10:50pm and there were two other cars with me waiting for aresponse. The lady next to me then go out and told me she had ordered and never got her food. Then I walked up to the window andfound food and multiple drinks on the counter in the to go bags, a stack of receipts and computer screens flashing. No sign ofany employee. All the lights at the exterior were on; so were all the lights and fry stations inside. I assumed the employee wasdone for the night and simply didn?t want to work so I left. Right down the road I noticed a cop in a parking lot watchingtraffic and basically told him to do a wellness check?i started thinking that maybe the employee was injured or somethinginside. I have no clue what the situation was, but, based off all the other terrible reviews for this location, I won?t be backeven though I live two blocks away and love sonic shakes. Read more
