This moring we ordered 2 large dr peppers, there was only 1 other car, we waited 10 min. We were told it was $2.14, it was... happy hour, when we finally got the order the young man took $5.14, we waited for our change. Finally some girl comes out andtells us we owed 5.28. If you can manage to get there in the mornings, the employees are on their A game. ANY other time, and you can expect to wait at... least 25 minutes to get your order, even if it's just a drink. The employees at this franchise are clearly Underpaid andOverworked. Earlier tonight I placed a pickup order through the App just fine, but when I got to the store, I found ALLEMPLOYEES WALKED OUT. There was not a soul in the store, most lights turned off, BUT their online order system was up and stilltaking people's $ and printing tickets. I saw the chain of at least 20 tickets printed on the machine myself, and no one thereto work them. Went to this Sonic at 9at night, small straw for route 44 drink, food was placed skdeways in bag causing a mess and no popping... bubbles in drink. Not a bad place to eat and is usually okayml. Just an anomaly. Read more

If you want your food in a timely manner, just ask to pay by cash app. Waited for over 30 minutes and still didn?t receive any... food. Lady next to me got there 15 minutes after I placed my order and asked to pay by cash app and had her food in 10 minutes.This was at 9:45 pm. I went there last night and waited an hour for them to bring out my food. I had to say something to someone before they even... checked on it or started making it. When they did start to bring it out they were bringing it out in bits and pieces. I ordered5 things and two of them were drinks. The food they brought out first was cold by the time they brought out the rest of my food.They never apologized or offered us anything for waiting so long. Read more
We were driving in the area and decided to stop by to get something fast to eat. My husband and I enjoyed the food that we got.... I got the footlong coney hot and onion rings. My husband got the super sonic bacon double cheeseburger and fries. The servicewas really fast from ordering to getting our food. Then, another worker came out and asked if we needed anything. We neededketchup and he had it ready. He went by and asked other vehicles. Great service and great food. Read more
