This moring we ordered 2 large dr peppers, there was only 1 other car, we waited 10 min. We were told it was $2.14, it was... happy hour, when we finally got the order the young man took $5.14, we waited for our change. Finally some girl comes out andtells us we owed 5.28. If you can manage to get there in the mornings, the employees are on their A game. ANY other time, and you can expect to wait at... least 25 minutes to get your order, even if it's just a drink. The employees at this franchise are clearly Underpaid andOverworked. Earlier tonight I placed a pickup order through the App just fine, but when I got to the store, I found ALLEMPLOYEES WALKED OUT. There was not a soul in the store, most lights turned off, BUT their online order system was up and stilltaking people's $ and printing tickets. I saw the chain of at least 20 tickets printed on the machine myself, and no one thereto work them. The management of this location clearly does not care about the well-being of their employees, or the success ofthe business. Read more
