I think it?s pretty ridiculous that the app is down at this store, and I placed an order at 4:05 and they wouldn?t give me my... drink half off. I was buying one large drink. I have this hate hate relationship with your app! It works about 10% pf the time! Mostly it shuts down when I'm trying to get a... promo with something going on mmmm! Your food is not good enough for me to spend almost $10 for a burger so I rarely eat oneunless there is a special. This location NEVER has their Sonic app working! It always says ?temporarily unavailable.? I use the app often to order ahead... and to purchase 1/2 price drinks. This location?s service is SO SLOW that the order ahead option is essential. All the otherSonic locations? apps work fine! I don?t understand why this location can?t get their app fixed? I have also asked if they willgo ahead and give me my drink order at 1/2 price since it?s their fault their app isn?t working, but their manager says no.
