Check your receipt, they will scan a item multiple times. A few times it has happened now, this time I caught him red handed.... Employees are too distracted busy chatting instead of paying attention and working. Pay them more and you get better service...Also add a screen like 7-eleven so you can see the items charged. I honestly think he did it on purpose and was planning onhaving a free Monster coffee on my dime again. When the total seemed higher then it should be I waited my receipt, he did notoffer it so I had to ask for it. Read more
Fell outside in front out QuikTrip about 30 minutes ago. There was oil in the driveway. I called one of the employees over... that was outside by the gas tanks . I told her that I had just fell and showed her were the oil was. She just smiled and saidOk. And went back to doing what she was doing. So I went inside and told another employee and he was very nice. I wish I hadgotten his name. But he took care of it right away. Read more
Busy place, and for good reason -- they offer a lot of choices. QT is one of my favorite go-to places for a "quik" bite or... drink or even ice cream. And (guilty pleasure time) their pizza is pretty decent, too. (I know -- gas station pizza? Butreally, try it.) The breakfast pizza is a lot to eat, and the breakfast scrambles are tasty and filling. Roller grills aren'tfor everyone, but their hot dogs are great. (And no matter your age, sometimes you just gotta have a dog.) One thing that hasto be mentioned -- the staff is very friendly and professional. For example, being disabled, I move slowly and can only use myleft hand. Even when the store is busy (often), I never feel rushed. I appreciate that. Also, despite the heavy foot traffic,the store's interior is clean, and shelves (and roller grill, etc) are kept stocked.
