I come here often because the food is so great! The atmosphere is amazing and keeps you entertained. Me and my friends were... regulars at Pluckers to catch games. I can honestly say we have found a new hangout for game nights! The drinks are spot on andthe staff is very welcoming and assertive. I honestly have zero complaints. The food was as advertised per FB page. I enjoyed the Lemon Pepper wings and Philly... Cheesesteak Eggrolls. My kid had the Chicken and Waffles and gave a thumbs up. Arrived at approx. 2:30p. Me and a friend seated ourselves as instructed. After 20-25 min or so I approached bar to ask if I had... to place order there or wait for a waitress as they made no eye contact or stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything.They only walked by 50 times! Bar staff said it normally takes 30-40 min before a waitress would come by, so we patiently satand waited. During this time we saw waitress doing nothing and could've came by. We watched as other customers came in, gotseated and served as we sat with nothing. After almost an hour another person came to take our order because I once againapproached the bar asking what was the deal. So order placed at 3:17 then 1 hour later we're told items we ordered were soldout. I ended up canceling everything and just paying for 1 item I received after awaiting 2 hours because I still wanted tosupport a B.O.B. as of right now, I won't be going back. Arrived at this restaurant today to eat lunch with my friends 30 minutes after the restaurant opened. We waited 1.5 hours and... sat at our table with no service only to be told that it would take at least another 45 minutes before we could order. Theserver did not even offer us a drink. We drove down from north Dallas (Carrollton Highlands) to support this black ownedbusiness and were sadly disappointed by the lack of customer service and respect. We arrived at 8:01 we ordered our appetizer at 8:10 and didn?t get it until 8:40 also we didn?t get any water or drinks until... sitting there for 15 minutes because the owner asked if we were OK. our appetizer was a link y?all they cut it in half and putit on a plate. We didn?t get our food until 8:55 it was in to go plates and my girlfriend shrimp and grits was terrible thegrits felt like they just came out of the refrigerator. I didn?t even eat my food because they were about to close and theywould have to remake my girlfriends food so we just decided to leave. Music was way too loud. Food was mediocre at best. Looked over saw my server twerking. It's a lounge and the music didn't... fit that. We requested several times that the music be turned down some to which the dj called us old and made comments on themic about us. It was tacky. They are tacky. Do not recommend this place. At all.
