***I have emailed customer service and have not received a response*** I placed an online order on August 23rd. As I was... leaving to get my order I was told our manager was ordering pizza for the staff. I immediately walk to the store (about a 2minute walk because I work in the Highlands) and ask that my order be cancelled. The manager asked his staff to pull my ticket.It didn?t appear that they had even started working on it. He said I should get a refund in 5 business days. I ?didn?t want tobe that person? so I waited a full three weeks and still no refund. I called the store, they took my information, and statedthey would call back. Nothing. I walk into the store to directly speak to the manager. He takes my information and states the GMwill give me a call tomorrow. Nothing happens. It?s only $17.51. Do you think I?m really trying to scam you? If you can?t refundmy money at least put that balance on a gift card. If I had known I wasn?t going to get my money back I wouldn?t have cancelledmy order. I would have kept it and ate it later during the week. I won?t be ordering from here anymore and have encourage mycoworkers to do the same. Read more

I typically get the same thing. The consistency is fairly good, typically clean made to order sandwiches good selection of... toppings unfortunately the prices like every where have gotten rough for families to afford. It is a good sandwich if that'swhat your looking for give them a try. Read more
Clean, nice establishment but not friendly service. I felt that i was cheated on the servings. My sandwich had hardly any meat... on it. The bread was super dry. I have ate at numerous pot bellys and this was my least favorite one. They need to learnbetter customer service. Read more
Being from out of state, my sister and I wanted to try some eataries we wouldn't find back home so we decided to pop in to this... place. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, keeping it's occupants cool from the outside elements. The restroom (womens) wasclean and user friendly with a pleasant aroma. The customer service here is great, everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful.The manager of The establishment checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was ok & let us know if we neededanything to just ask. The food here is pretty amazing! I ordered the chicken salad sub on multi-grain bread with tomatoes,pickles and lettuce. The chicken salad is well prepared. It's not overpowered with mayonnaise or onions, thank God!! [I hatechicken salad with onions in it.] I also ordered the coffee smoothie made with frozen yogurt and it was delicious! The coffeeflavor wasn't overbearing at all, it was, well, smooth. My sister ordered the new item, Turkey Fresco original on multi -grainbread. It comes with fresh spinach, basil mayonnaise & roasted red peppers. She's stated 3 times during the meal, "this sandwichis hecka good!!" (Hecka in this instance, where we're from, means really really). I highly recommend this spot and when we comeback we will definitely return!! Read more
First time I went to this place. Had a really good sandwich but the chips were really small. The salads were pretty big though.
