Ordered an original chicken sandwich and an apple pie. When I ordered at the drive thru they said it would be 8-10 minutes for... the chicken sandwich. Drove to window to pay and was told to park. Noticed the two vehicles ahead me did the same. The time onmy receipt said 648 pm. At 711 noticed still no food and the other cars were still waiting as well. Inside wasn?t open just thedrive thru. The line began to get long. From where I was parked I could see inside and see the employees playing around. So Iwent to the window and asked about my food. There were multiple bags sitting on the counter. In which one happened to be mine aswell as the others waiting. But employees were too busy playing around to bring them out. I?ve been in the drive through for 20 minutes now? ordered my food in the parking lot and everything. Guy comes on the mic and... then immediately says wait excuse me hold on?. Why am I holding sir but all the employees are walking around outside in theback? Unprofessionalism at its best. 6:51 pm now and counting?. Update: order wrong , fries cold and the cashier and employeeslaughed and played and ATE at the window instead of serving customers.and I had like 7 or 8 wings out of a 14 piece. Read more

This Popeyes is very unprofessional. The workers are eating at the drive through window. They all act as if they don?t want... their jobs. They are alway out of chicken, but don?t tell the customer until after they pay for food. They run special that areon their menu, when once you order they ask if you have coupons. There is nothing on the menus that states that you needcoupons. I was the only person in line at 1st, and still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. 10 minutes for one sandwich. Whenyou ask questions, they roll their eyes and shrug their shoulders. I come to this Popeyes at least 2 times a week because it?sclose to my job, but the service is getting worst. Either the lobby is closed or they are just moving slow. I went in one daybecause I had been sitting in drive through for 8 minutes. I thought maybe their short staffed, but no, I walked in to see 10people. 2 working while the ready were standing around talking, eating or on the phone. All in the work area behind thecounter!!! They need to do better!!!! The quality of the food is getting bad, the chicken seems dry, the wings are smaller andthe prices have went up! Read more
You know that scene in Lethal Weapon 2 where they ____ at the drive-thru and they know you'll be miles away before you notice?... Well, they got the sandwich right but the side was wrong. Also no utensils or napkins. The kid at the drive-thru window was moreinterested in what was going on on his cell phone. Popeyes you fail on customer experience and customer satisfaction. They play too much. Closed inside, it was drive thru only. We were on foot because we live at the adjacent apartments and they... said they would take our order. But when we got up there he said cash only and acted like he didn't want to help us. Feelinglike he was just being lazy and turning everyone away for no reason, I looked inside and see thier employee on her phone under acounter. So I took a pic, he tried to warn her to get up but I got that trick. I just wanted some chicken for my family andy'all playing games!!!! I hope this pic goes viral, sharing to ALL my social media.
