They didn't have any plates they didn't have any honey they didn't have any sports I had to wait like 30 minutes for some spicy... chicken The biscuits were so hard it seems like if they had been there for a while. I don't know why I had to wait for thechicken so long if there was like no line in the Drive-Thru . The mac n cheese looked like garbage so that?s where it went. Spicy chicken sandwiches are always pretty good.
I've come here for dinner 3 times as it's the closest Popeyes to my house. Each time, I leave feeling disrespected &... disappointed. It starts with order placement. Being talked down to as if whoever is on the headset hates me on a personal level.2 of my 3 trips, I've gotten home only to find my order incorrect (they forgot my chicken sandwich last night!). The level ofanimosity at order placement specifically makes me paranoid about what they might do to my food, I literally inspect my food forspit, etc. 3 strikes you're out Popeyes on Collins! Drive the extra 5 minutes to another location, these folks deserve none ofyour hard earned money. Read more
Not the first time. The staff was not friendly. I made a mobile app order and went to pickup. The door was locked, so I went... drive through to pickup and they told me there were not any pickup orders. I was confused, but didn?t leave. They asked my namefor the order, and it turns out my order was on their screen. They said nothing to me but just worked on the order. (Felt likethey are inpatient with me) After I got the food, it seemed like there was a item missed but I wasn?t sure so I waited. Then thestaff waved the hand fast to asked me to go. I leave the store window and check the bag and I was right that they missed oneitem. So I had to drive back to ask for the item and faced the bad attitude again. Read more

Overall good experience minus the itty bitty tiny chicken leg if that's what you can even call it. It was more like a drumette.... The lady that was working the drive-thru was very nice and the food was fresh. They need to update their pickup to drive thruonly and not dine in because it was not open. Lack of staffing. Read more
This restaurant has been at this location for years! Of course, good customer service comes in waves! I graded zero because the... staff closed the lobby at 7:45 pm. It was the usual number of customers in the drive-through, certainly not a good justificationto lock doors. However, only to let in those who were friends to hang out in store. I had to insist that they reopen the doorto let me and another family come in who called in their order. I was totally taken aback by such an unprofessionalism attitudeand decided not to order anything. There were at least 5 to 6 staff members available, including the supervisor. Their reasonfor closing early, because 1 staff member was leaving. Actually, they were probably over staffed, especially since itappeared that less work was getting done, "wrangling" around visiting with friends (that the staff member had allowed insidethe restaurant around the same time, they declared closed!) Unbelievable! The supervisor and staff need better training when itcomes to the delivery of decent customer service. When I asked for the district manager's name and business number, it was onlythe name I received (??). The supervisor is not allowed to release a business number outside of the restaurant's phonenumber. Additionally, there needs to be more diversity working in the restaurant!
