Apathetic and rude staff -- waited 15 minute for a sandwich while watching the staff drop side containers on the floor and... picking them up to be filled instead of thrown away. Very, very poor service. Take your money, then ask you to pull to the door. I had to go inside to get my order after waiting... about 15 minutes Then I had to wait on the inside. Will never go to this Popeyes again. Poor food too ask for spicy chicken andgot regular chicken Read more

Trash! Didn't really want to stop here because last time food wasn't good and got sick. But stopped today giving benefit of... doubt! Service was extra slow cashier (heavy set Mexican guy)was nasty looking, young lady in back was very nasty looking pantssaggy could see tights under her pants uniform shirt not buttoned all the way up collar pulled down her back. Got the shrimp andtender meal both was dry as if had been sitting under light to long. Tenders literally thickness and length of a finger shipwas mostly crust (some had no shimp in it). Top that everything was in separate boxes shrimp tenders fries and biscuit 4 smallboxes for one meal. Seem food was cooked in old grease by the taste. 10mins after I was sick and it was coming out bothends.???? Read more

I grew up on Popeyes Chicken and I can truly say over the years this franchise quality has diminished. People use to care about... the quality of the food and the customer service value. I am truly disappointed. The food is old have the time and many timesthe order is wrong. Check your order when going through the drive thru. Read more

Afternoon meal is always better than late night. Not sure why. Both good. Love the chicken sandwich with pickles. Line wrapped... around the building; moved quickly. Everything super hot and delicious! Read more

Is not that the drive through takes forever because the line is too long, is that the rate of service sucks. Resources are... poorly managed to properly deliver reasonable timed service through the drive thru. Just avoid it at all costs Read more

FIRE EVERYBODY!!!!!!! I MEAN EVERYBODY!!!!!!!! Guy talking on the phone outside the store not doing his job all while... contaminating the food when he goes back inside. I bet you 100 to 1 he does not wash his hands. Not only that I waited 15minutes on the drive thru speaker with no line and No one took my order. Let me guess, they were on the phone as well or in thebathroom talking on the phone. And nobody bothers to wash their hands because they have to hurry back and act like they areworking. I?m very dissatisfied and disgusted with the service I received today. Not only with the surprise I got on my sandwich, but with... the reaction I got from staff. The staff seemed unbothered about the whole situation and never took accountability for the ratdropping on my sandwich. The manager wasn?t even present and the only thing they could offer me was a refund on the sandwich.The fact that they didn?t even stop to clean or check their inventory for more and just continued to take orders really botheredme. I have never been to an establishment that is so negligent and careless about the safety and health of their customers.Needless to say I will never be returning and I will be placing a official complaint with the state board.
