We ordered 3 pizzas today two thin crust and 1 stuffed crust. The bread was raw. We had to take one back to have it done again.... When the employee asked what was wrong we said look how white the bread is and she said it is because the pizza is fresh. Read more
I ordered for lunch at 1019 cst for delivery at 1130 cst, I called the store for an update as the tracker was still showing the... pizza being made, I called and the only person working (a driver), stated he is the only person there and does not know how tomake a pizza or do a refund. Read more
I ordered pizza and wings at 730. no delivery by 830 and it is only 3.5 miles away. I started calling and no answer for 20-30... minutes at a time. They never picked up. FINALLY at 1030 I drove down there and demanded my money back. No apologies no I amsorry just here you go. The worse ever service. That's it for me! Read more
Last night I ordered 4 pizzas and a double order of cheese bread. We never received the cheese bread and one of the slices of... pizza look mangled. I tried calling to get my cheese bread and was on hold for 15min, called a nearby store who I was on thephone with a really nice employee who contacted the store I ordered from. She got ahold of them but was told that they didn'thave me in the system and had not made a delivery to me. I called the store again and spoke with someone who said they willcredit me for the double order cheese bread. I will be ordering carry out from the other store from now on. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a large pizza supreme and 12 bone in Buffalo wings for delivery. It took the... delivery guy 2 hours to deliver my food, and when I received the food it was cold and the pizza was hard. The customer servicewas horrible when I called the store to inquire about my order. The first guy said I'm not at the store and hung up on me. Icalled back a lady answered and said hold please and never came back to the phone. I will never order at this location again andspend my money for this service. Read more
They dont seem to know how to put toppings on a pizza correctly, nor do they know how to cook it fully. The pictures below are... the 2ND pizza to replace the first one that was even thinner and half raw. Manager was really great at making things right byremaking the pizza and even giving me a credit for next time, but sadly even that pizza was sadly, not very good either. I haven?t been to a Pizza Hut in years and I figured I would try it since this location was so close to my house. Big mistake. I... am done with Pizza Hut for good. The phrase that comes to mind is ?lack of care?. Professionalism, presentation of the location,and the quality of the pizza? it was all just bad. With inflation as it currently is, there?s SO MANY other better pizza optionsin the area. Do not waste your money at a Pizza Hut. If it wasn?t for the name and the national advertising, this restaurantwould have probably died out during COVID. And I think if that were to happen now, that would probably be best for everyoneinvolved, the customers, the employees, the residents nearby. Because, chances are, a BETTER pizza place would replace it andeveryone would rejoice. Except maybe the owner wouldn?t be too happy, so I guess that?s who I fundamentally blame, if the ownereven lives in the area. Care about your establishment because it currently shows you don?t.
