Both the pizza and Hotwings were not fresh. We began Eating the food immediately after the driver delivered it. Both items were... barely warm. The hotwings were hard with hardly any Buffalo sauce. This store is gross. The driver stole a 15 dollar tip from me which overdrafted my account 32 dollars the manager Gary refused... to give me a full refund and threatened to call the police and yelled at me. He put his hand in my face and refused to talk tome because I was recording him. He told me it was not his problem that my account was overdrafted. Read more

Just ordered n picked up my pizza. Get home everyone dives in....kids mom the pizza tastes nasty ...my husband..babe it tastes... funny ???? I taste n spit it out ...I then taste each ingredient to identify taste. There was no delivery driver at the location on this particular day. I was not notified until after the order had been made,... which put me in a situation that made me feel like I had no choice but to go pick it up. This particular day, my main reasonfor ordering from Pizza Hut was because it could be delivered. In the future, I think it would be good if I could be notifiedabout a lack of a delivery driver before the order is made, so I could possibly request a full refund and choose to goelsewhere. I was, however, refunded my tip and delivery fees, which I do appreciate. Read more
Unbelievably bad service. The driver barely spoke English and couldn't seem to articulate where he was or where he was trying to... go. This driver didn't respond to direct questions and then hung up on me when I was trying to give direction. He also expectedme to go outside and meet him instead of even attempting to try the door to my apartment. After 10 minutes of playing phone tag,he apparently gave up, went back to the Hut and claimed that I gave him a made up address. When I tried to call the store, Iwas placed on indefinite hold before a manager called to verify that I wasn't a prank call and sent him back out. Update: Inever got the food. The driver did not contact me again and when I called in to try and get my money back, the store hung up onme repeatedly. Do not order delivery from here. Read more
