This place is a legend for me. I am surely reviewing this place very late. I came to study at Arlington in 2015 and New York... Eats was right behind my apartment. When I first went there in 2015, I instantly loved the food. The chicken over rice or theManhattan platter were the standard platters available at New York Eats. The best part of the platter is that you can addmultiple toppings suchs as regular fries, curly fries, falafel or peta on your platter. Later in 2016 they came up with a newmenu where they had multie platters with many more toppings, which made the place even much more popular. What makes the plattereven more delicious are the white sauce and the red sauce. The red sauce is super spicy and they also have a super spicy plattercalled the Hell's Kitchen. Apart from the platters, they have some awesome halal burgers. They have wraps as well which theymake with the same halal meat. I must have had about 50 platters or even more since 2015. The last time I had it was about twoweeks back and I was overcome with nostalgia when I use to come here often during our college days with my friends. Back in 2015when we found this place we didn't know about Halal Guy's, but even after knowing and eating Halal Guy's, I would still chooseNew York Eats over it. Read more

If I could I would not even give this place even a 1 star my daughter wanted to try this place mainly because of being halal but... this place is not worth trying at all its really overpriced and the burger was covered with a lot of different types of cheeseit just didn?t look good at all and the taste was just awful the meat was not cooked and the texture did not taste good no tasteno flavor nothing never going to this place again I don?t mind paying more money if the food is good but if it?s not good andit?s overpriced then it?s definitely a no for me never going to this place again!!! Their food was alright, but qualities been getting worse in the past 3 months, got the garden platter and I usually enjoy their... food. Today found a piece of metal in my platter, not sure what it was a part of, but if I had ate that, it could?ve done somedamage. (was pretty sharp) Plz fix these issues your having with your staffing and whoever?s making the food def needs to bemore careful. Won?t be going here for a while. Read more
What a quaint and neatly kept pizzeria. I ordered 3 10" pizzas and three cheese cakes for carry out. I was informed it would be... about 15 minutes. I sat down and watch the rest of Cowboy's game. The person who took my order came out and handed me a fivedollar bill saying they mistakenly overcharged me for a 14" pizza. Appreciate the honesty and the superb customer service. However, I am disappointed in myself. He offered me the receipt and I declined. Also, I usually have the total figured outincluding tax and the tip I want to leave. Lesson learned. Oh yeah:. Very disappointed. I used to love this place. I gave them enough chances to be an understanding customer. Their service is... declining day by day which is very sad to see for such a good restaurant. Being short staff does not mean you start givingpeople RAW food. NEVER EVER coming back. This is sick!! Suggest everyone to check your item before leaving the store. Theemployee working at the front did not care to ask why I was standing there waiting, phone ringing, door dash, people walking inno one is there to help. I miss the old Newyork Eats. Read more
WORST. PLACE. EVER. I?ve been coming here for like 3 years and for the past year, its literally like eating scraps from a back... alley. My most recent order was the last straw. I PAID $40+ FOR 4 ITEMS, AND RECIEVED A 65 CENT DISCOUNT? THATS LESS THAN2%. Half the burger didn?t have a patty, I could LITERALLY count the fries in my box on one hand. (Check the pictures) And thebun was thicker than the patty. I ordered the Gyro chicken wrap roll with all the veggies (+$1.38) and got maybe 3 veggies,Falafel was +$1 and could not be seen anywhere on the wrap. I?M FUMING. This business is a joke and if it wants any sort ofchance at redemption then it needs to fire all of its workers and rehire some decent, nice, COMPETENT people.
