My son went inside to order food to go on 10/08/22 due to the drive thru line being wrapped around the building. My son ordered... two # 5's and two Mc doubles and paid $24.43. The young boy behind the counter asks my son, why did you come in to order if yourgetting it to go. First of all your drive thru line is ridiculously long, and secondly, what gives you the right to ask aquestion like that, whether he eats there or not. They handed him a bag with only 2 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 Mcdoubles, My son told them what he had ordered and paid for.The manager told my son he needed to pay for the cokes and friesseparately if he wanted them. Are you freaking kidding me!!!! The 2 number 5 come with chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Whoever owns that place needs to check up on who is running the place, most of the employee's are very rude and I'm sure they get alot of rude customers, but don't take it out on everyone else. Came here to pick up an Uber eats order at 10pm on 10/07/2022. The line was ridiculously long so of course my instinct was to go... inside and pick up the order. I proceeded to a door I know is always open. I walk inside and was rudely told by an employee?we?re closed?. I did state that I was just picking up and Uber eats order and I didn?t want to have to cancel since I wouldhave to wait over 20 minutes in line. Then was told again rudely and with more attitude by the same employee ?we?re stillclosed?. Honestly just upset about the sass and rudeness that was given. I come and eat here regularly and pick up Uber eatsorders. If you?re going to have kids work here then teach them to have more respect. Read more
Trapped in drive thru for over 10 minutes just now finally get to window see my order sitting there getting cold while they... laugh with the manager as if they don?t have a line wrapped around the building! Employee comes to window doesn?t acknowledge meor the wait just sticks the drink and food out of the window with his head turned away no thank u or anything so I said customerservice is at an all time low hello CUSTOMER SERVICE still nothing I just drive away. I've never had to wait this long for McDonald's. I was in line for at least 30 minutes. The food quality was not up to standard.... However the person who served my drink through the drive through gave me excellent customer service. Read more
