I did a mobile order. I was shorted a 20 piece nugget. I called that night and spoke to the manager and was told I could come... back another time. Went back tonight and they would not honor it. Every time we go to this McDonald's our order is always wrong.Very bad service. Be sure to check your orders if you choose to go to this one. Read more
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE, The manager is rude and has extremely poor customer service skills. The workers are extremely lazy and... not in proper uniform. We simply asked for some sauces 4 buffalo , a ranch and bbq. (how hard is it to pick some sauces) Wewent to the doors and at 9:20PM they were locked with some customers in there & the workers (the girl with long orange braids)just looked at me and ignored me. Then I called this facility and no one answered the phone. The workers were just on theirpersonal phones and laughing. No wonder it took 30 mins for me to receive my meal. Overall this facility is a total let down &need some revaluation to take action. The employees are lazy. The general/regional manager needs to come and make some changes. Read more
I door dash and the manager who was here on 08/11 at 11:00am was super kind and helpful. There was a glitch in the system and... the order I was supposed to be picking up wasn?t there when I got here. She made sure to help right away. She stopped what shewas doing and was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently all while being very kind and caring. I truly appreciate allthat she did it really shows what kind of person she is. Thank you! Read more
The food was excellent and freshly cooked compared to the UK. The only thing that I did not like is that the fries were... extremely salty. The refill drinks was fantastic and this does not exist in the UK so overall it was great. Read more

Worse McDonald's I've been to lately. We were there over an hour just trying to order inside. The Manager and guy working drive... thru finally told us to order on app. We kept trying but it wasn't working properly they wouldn't help us. 2 women came in andanother man they helped them at register i got photos to prove it they still wouldn't help us or a couple of other's.
