Been a semi-regular customer at this location for a few years now, and the past couple times I've been the service has been... excellent. This evening for example I came in late in the evening (8:30). I dined in, ordered at the kiosk, and even thoughthere was a line to the street at the door I had my order in under five minutes. Been in drive thru since 10:05pm, it?s 15 mins later line still is not moving. Drive thru service is very slow at night.
Since it has come under new management, this location has really gone downhill. In service a lot slower, not as friendly. The... food isn't as fresh and hot. Waited in line, (I'm the only one) with no one else in restaurant. Took about 5 minutes to getsomeone to come to front counter. I only come because of convenience but will seek out a new location. Had to wait for 5 minutes for ketchup and another 5 minutes for hot sauce and another 5 minutes for water. If you want to get... tested for Your patience, You should come here. Food is ok for a McDonald's. But definitely not a pleasant visit. No one willstand at the counter. They just go to the back kitchen all the time. Read more
My family definitely got short changed when we ordered 4 McDoubles. Paid for my food and drove to the second window just for one... of the employees to verify that I had 4 McDoubles and told me that it was going to be a minute. A few seconds later I seeanother employee standing by the window as to stand guard. I didn't think of anything at the time but a couple more minuteslater I got my food and was on my way home. When we opened all the burgers, all had single patties and very sloppy made. Icalled the location just for the employee that handed my food to answer the phone. If you come to this drive thru, ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS check your order because you will get at least one messed up item over... half of the time. Also, even with only 3 cars in the line, you'll wait over 20 min to get your food. They mark the ordercomplete on their screen (so the counter won't continue) but then they make you park for 10-15 min. I've literally never beenhere that I didn't have to park. And when you come in to the restaurant it's incredibly common for the rep at the counter tosimply not understand what you're asking for. I've had to tell my cc company that there's no fraud happening so many times, theymust think I've lost all sanity because I consistently have to pay for my order in multiple transactions because the rep had noidea how to process the order. The last month this location had ready dropped the ball regarding customer service. They're taking an excessive long time before... they can take your order and too many times the order is incorrect. This location seems to be out of Coca-Cola more often thannot. Read more
