Yesterday I ordered two pizzas through the app and when I was tracking my order kept on saying that it had been deliver and it... was never delivered to me I had to call the doorDash driver and he told me that he was informed that they had given my order tothe wrong DoorDash driver and after they told him that they didn't have an order under my name. So I spoke directly to them to aguy name Aiden or Jaden and he passed me through a manager I believe the her was Veronica she told me my order was going to beready in 10 minutes and again it was not delivered to me I called three times, I was supposed to get a callback they nevercalled. My account was still charge $$.. I'm trying to get my refund back I have not been able to get in touch with themanager. They have horrible customer service this is the second time I have bad experience , last time My pizza was not fullycooked. Read more
