The 1st time I tried Krispy krunch chicken was in Los Angeles and it was THE BOMB! So I decided I would see if there is one in... Texas and I found this Arlington location and the one in Irving which i have never been to. The 1st thing I noticed was thestench when I first walk in and it gets stronger as you get to the restaurant. It's like a smell of old stagnant water. Secondlythere was a 20 minute wait my 1st & 2nd time going, each time there were no sides. Such as jambalaya, red beans and rice, Macand cheese nothing! 3rd I didn't see a health code rating anywhere in the vicinity. The prices are reasonable, chicken is goodsame as in Cali, just those few issues above. I think this is my last time going to Arlington location, the next time I decideto have a cheat meal it'll be at the Irving location. Read more
Chicken was okay but was not as crispy as expected. I suspect it had been under the heat lamp a bit longer than it should. Also,... the place was messy and dirty. When you run a restaurant, everything should be spotless. You need to thoroughly clean yourkitchen. Bathroom was "out of order" but I saw an employee use it so I suspect they just don't want customers to access. Theyhave a few tables to eat at in the store now. I also had a look around and lots of items on the shelves are way past their duedate. Makes me worry about the freshness of their chicken. Read more
