I wish I could give this place negative reviews. I’ve given them multiple chances they’re just absolutely awful! Honestly... highway robbery, they’re literally stealing from customers by overcharging and barely meeting the bare minimum for foodstandards. I’ve gotten their tenders before which tasted like they just don’t know what salt is. I’ve ordered theirPhilly cheesesteaks twice. Once they were super underfilled so the next time I SPECIFIED “Please add more meat, there was notnearly enough last time and just too much bread. Thanks :)” and they fully ignored it. Still not enough. Why am I paying somuch money for this? They should be shut down, and if you’re reading this PLEASE don’t bother giving them business. Well .. Let me be clear. The service was eeehhhhhh ok. The guys that were there, weren't really good with customer service.... Since it was my first time going there and trying their food, I was optimistic. First thing they asked when we opened the door,what are you getting. I said I don't know because it's my first time being there. So when we ordered, it was slightly confusingbecause they have a list of sides that aren't considered sides. Yet, I had to pick different sides. So they asked me aboutsauces and I asked what sauces do you have. They simply pointed at the menu. Had to do a faster glance at it to find something.So my friend orders her food and I ordered for my cousin because she was running behind. The food itself was basic but thesauces were decent. These chicken tenders are NEXT level, not to mention all the unique delicious sauces you can slather on them. They were juicy,... with little batter that had great flavor and crunch. The service was very nice, ended up getting free sauces! I redeemed aGroupon that made the family meal a fantastic deal. I already bought 2 more Groupons, I’m going back tomorrow! The food is incredibly fresh. I came here on a Groupon and they were more then accommodating. There's a bit of a wait for your... food but it's well worth it because it's fresh and comes out hot. The chicken tenders were very hefty and the fries a plenty.Only really liked 3 sauces - I suggest the the Memphis gold, Chipotle and BBQ. Read more
