First time here and it was awesome! The sweet tea was EVERYTHING! I ordered the miso and had spice sauce added to it.... Perfection! Cute atmosphere, not a really but place. Great walking distance from the downtown Arlington. My friend orderedKarashimiso which was delicious as well. Read more

Their menu is limited, it?s somewhat pricy, the place doesn?t have the best ambiance and is a bit crowded. But the Ramen is... amazing, easily best in Arlington, the broth is creamy and the meat is sous-vide to perfection. I can?t stress it enough, butthe food has a subtlety that is punchy but also elegant. Their sweet tea comes in a cute bottle. Their dessert is also prettylimited but it?s delicious (matcha and lychee) they?re perfect because they are not overly sweet and they?re very subtle. Read more

Absolutely amazing food. I got the Dracula?s Bane, super flavorful, garlicky and an experience. Never had thin straight noodles... like that before in ramen but it just adds to the experience and soaks up all the broth. The buns are also great the pork isvery tender. Read more

I highly recommend this place for authentic ramen. I love love their soup. It is strong flavors. The bao is good too. Should try... their house-made ice cream, it is so tasty. The price is reasonable. The minus point, I just had fried chicken last time, and Ijust wondered they cooked it correctly or not?!!! Read more

Evocative of Japan but in Arlington! The restaurant has a nice bar like you?d see in Japan but with ample space with tables for... us ample Americans. Also, In the essence of Japan, you order from a kiosk before taking a seat. The appetizer Okonomi Fries is anice American twist of the classic Japanese pancake - okonomiyaki. I was a fan of the bonito flakes and okonomi sauce. (I justrealized it was missing the mayonnaise and it would have been better if it had it.) The Tonkotsu (fatty pork broth) is THE dishif you want to sample true Japanese ramen. The broth was the star and it was so rich and savory with hints of charred chashupork. The accoutrements go well with the whole bowl. The Vegetarian Curry Ramen was great for a vegetarian dish and very ramenbroth like flavors. Although I didn?t taste much of a curry and it was overpowered by the sesame oil, it had an umami depth mostother vegetarian dishes lacked. The Green Curry House Ramen was good but again I did not taste much of the green curry. It wasseasoned well albeit lacking curry flavor. It was a little spicy that I got sweaty at the end. The panko fried shrimp wasalright. The Green Curry House ramen was the weakest of all that we tried. I?d recommended you go with aforementionedTonkotsu. FYI. You order on the kiosk to your left. Then you take a seat. Read more

A nice little ramen shop! Ordering was easy and the service was pleasant. The ramen itself was delicious! I got the tonkotsu... ramen. I've had ramen at other places that have been way too salty for me. This place is perfect when it comes to salt level. The broth itself was very rich and not bland. I definitely would recommend this place for someone that likes ramen or wants totry ramen. Everything came out quickly and hot. It was pretty busy when I went around 8pm and some customers had to be seatedoutside. There is parking right in front of the shop and to the side of it as well. I would recommend backing in if you can, even if it's diagonal parking. Cops probably won't ticket you because the spots are facing the wrong way ???? Read more
