The chicken was soggy there was no cheese on my kfc bowl the brown gravy was super watery and it literally took 20 minutes just... to finally get to the order box but then took another 25 minutes to get to the window and another 10 to get my food and all Iordered was the kfc bowl with drink and cookie. If you haven't been to this location of KFC consider yourself blessed and keep it moving... The customer service was HORRIBLE.... The employees who were there during my visit didn't care if you purchased anything or not. They were rude! The chicken was verydark and overcooked and tasted like they used every bit of salt that they had on hand, sent someone to Kroger to buy some moreand then poured it in as well. It?s crazy I was in the drive through looking at the reviews while I waited and they were really bad and then I ordered a 2... piece dark they told me a biscuit came with it and was that ok but what they didn?t ask was would it be ok for them to give meall white me. We've lived in the area over 10 years. This location continues to suck. No original chicken, no pot pies, no this, no that.... Nothing ever changes; the owner and employees don't care about the food or service. I can't believe it's even still open. We'vetried several times over the years. Read more
