The chicken was soggy there was no cheese on my kfc bowl the brown gravy was super watery and it literally took 20 minutes just... to finally get to the order box but then took another 25 minutes to get to the window and another 10 to get my food and all Iordered was the kfc bowl with drink and cookie. If you haven't been to this location of KFC consider yourself blessed and keep it moving... The customer service was HORRIBLE.... The employees who were there during my visit didn't care if you purchased anything or not. They were rude! The chicken was verydark and overcooked and tasted like they used every bit of salt that they had on hand, sent someone to Kroger to buy some moreand then poured it in as well.
