I will never understand a restaurant specializing in serving chicken never having chicken available to serve. My husband and I... have visited this location a few times, and we're always waiting for chicken to be cooked. I'm not big on wasting food, butthere has to be data to help them prepare for waves of customers arriving for food. Clearly the food is hot, but the wait can beannoying. Read more

We ordered fries and coleslaw through the drive through. We sat at the window for over 10 minutes, when they finally brought the... order and said they had to cook the fries. KFC is always slow, but this a case of any slower and they would be going backwards.To ignore your customer, not advise that there will be a wait, and then keep them hanging is gross disrespect of your job, yourworkplace, and most importantly your customers. Absolutely terrible. We didn't order greasy gooey chicken but thats what we got. Took it back to get it remade and got exactly... the same thing. Everyone that ate it got sick. Disgusting! The employees were clearly uninterested in working today. 20 minute wait at the intercom to be told their "system was down" ... and not a word further. How this KFC remains open with such poor management and staff is beyond me. Read more

If I could leave negative stars I would...very unprofessional workers. If you are out of food I understand but to come on the... speaker and say "We ain't got no...." is just so tacky. How hard is it to simply say "I'm sorry we are out of..." I try to beunderstanding because everyone needs their job and jobs need the help but it doesn't take a lot to be professional. Where to start..hadn't been to this one in 6months. ..but... 4-5 employees standing in back, but took 7-8mins before got to... order but noone in lobby but us. Tables and floors dirty like haven't been cleaned in a week. And restrooms.. both men andwomen. We went to wash our hands. Urinals and toilets in men's were not flushed nor smelled like had been in a WK. Tile wallsnasty. Wife said women's toilet along with sink and rest of restroom looked like hadn't been cleaned in weeks and it smelled.Food was hot, and quick served when ordered. But mashed potatoes and gravy looked like was prepped a few days ago as gravy hadkinda turned potatoes brown. Ice machine out, chicken was hot. But employees nice during interaction with them. Placed online order for almost $40.00, order was successful in charging my bank, gave me a 5 minute eta. I'm nearly 15 minutes... away so I left right away. My order showed ready on my online order, said go inside and get my food from the counter. I pull upand all lights off, open sign on, doors locked. I pull to the drive thru to hear an automated closed recording. So back up tothe front and see worker sitting at a table eating chicken. She said we're closed. I said but my online order says ready, shegoes and gets 3 people from the back also eating chicken, telling me they are out of chicken. I said there's a to go bag therein takeout counter full of food they said quickly its not mine, without even asking my name. So the whole time i'm yelling totalk to them thru the glass windows. They tell me to cancel my order online. I asked do I get my money back right away ? Yea shesays. No. I didn't. I had to call corporate line and wait 3 days for refund on my "successfully placed and ready to pick uporder." I wasn't happy with the 30 minutes round trip gas used, not to mention driving even more looking for somewhere else tofeed my already hungry family. I was told I would get compensated for my gas.. $5 a gallon. No. I didn't. Don't bother wastingyour hard earned money here. Garbage values and customer service. I work hard for every dollar, couldn't imagine treating mybusiness this way. Sucks people don't care or understand the value of hard work for your money and watching people give 2 crapsless. Get some work ethic. Stop being so lazy and care about everything you do. The world would be such a better place. Read more

This chicken has been out under the heat lamps way too long!! It?s very dry and stale and the skin is rubbery!!! The only piece... in the entire bucket that is even decent is the light colored leg u see in my photo. And that?s only because I asked for acouple of drums. This is the third time this exact thing has happened. Come on people have some integrity and if u are too lazyto make new chicken when u know you wouldn?t eat it like that, then go find another job to be lazy at. Ur ruining my friedchicken!!! This location sucks!!! And oh lawd it?s not coming out of ur pay so fill the sides all the way up!! Read more
