We ordered fries and coleslaw through the drive through. We sat at the window for over 10 minutes, when they finally brought the... order and said they had to cook the fries. KFC is always slow, but this a case of any slower and they would be going backwards.To ignore your customer, not advise that there will be a wait, and then keep them hanging is gross disrespect of your job, yourworkplace, and most importantly your customers. Absolutely terrible. We didn't order greasy gooey chicken but thats what we got. Took it back to get it remade and got exactly... the same thing. Everyone that ate it got sick. Disgusting! The employees were clearly uninterested in working today. 20 minute wait at the intercom to be told their "system was down" ... and not a word further. How this KFC remains open with such poor management and staff is beyond me. Read more
If I could leave negative stars I would...very unprofessional workers. If you are out of food I understand but to come on the... speaker and say "We ain't got no...." is just so tacky. How hard is it to simply say "I'm sorry we are out of..." I try to beunderstanding because everyone needs their job and jobs need the help but it doesn't take a lot to be professional.
