Good sandwich, clean restaurant, and customer service was above and beyond thanks to the lady making the sandwiches.
Placed order online, waited a hour. decided to call and was told they were to busy to make a 5 minute phone call explaining what... was going on. I could of went up to store and picked my order up if I knew what was going on. Assistant manager working on9/11/22, at closing was very rude, needs to be sent back to customer service training. Also decided to put me on the no calllist cause I was mad and said I was coming up to the store about issue, saying if I do the police will be involved. Will not doanymore business with this location but will call complaint line to report what happened. Read more
I can't express how much I love these simple sandwiches. I don't do it often, but I am known to drive 20+ mins to get these... sandwiches that take literally the amount of time you swipe your card.. and it's done!
