The location was experiencing issues with their computer going down, and seemed to lose their sense of ?direction?, please... inform the team on how to manage during stressful situations and how to inform and possibly accommodate for any inconveniencesi.e giving an approximate wait time if available, offering options to customers about their order, explaining the issue so thatthe customer understands what went wrong, I was in the line for about 20 min before reaching the window and being informed, andthen drove off without my order. This location was very rude to me and my family. The got my order wrong and when I went back to ask the cashier to correct the... issue no one reply. Cashier agreed he was wrong still no one move to assist. they was not willing correct it and they wasassuming that I was wrong. The crew was acting like they didn?t understand English. Best Jack in the Box ever, They have everything in stock and there is nothing bad here at this Jack in the Box and I have been... going to this Jack in the Box for years and going there is amazing and it's not packed in the morning which is the best becauseit's always packed in the evenings and nights so go at a perfect time and I have loved this Jack in the Box for years now whichis crazy that I never see problems here in this Jack in the Box so I recommend going here but at a perfect time just incase. First off they took a long time to take our order when there was only one car in line ahead of us, then we were told there... weren?t any more bacon cheddar potato wedges which was fine but when we received our food they put a grilled chicken patty ontop of a fried chicken patty on both of our #12 meals which is unacceptable and NOT what we asked for. Who ever the manager isthat was on shift today shouldn?t be a manager because they obviously aren?t paying attention to what those kids are in theredoing and are getting paid to not do their job. & when I called the company phone they wouldn?t even pick up. Which is againunacceptable. When you?re a manger and a customer calls the phone you?re supposed to pick up and see what the issue is. HORRIBLESERVICE. NEVER coming to this location again. Read more
