The location was experiencing issues with their computer going down, and seemed to lose their sense of ?direction?, please... inform the team on how to manage during stressful situations and how to inform and possibly accommodate for any inconveniencesi.e giving an approximate wait time if available, offering options to customers about their order, explaining the issue so thatthe customer understands what went wrong, I was in the line for about 20 min before reaching the window and being informed, andthen drove off without my order. This location was very rude to me and my family. The got my order wrong and when I went back to ask the cashier to correct the... issue no one reply. Cashier agreed he was wrong still no one move to assist. they was not willing correct it and they wasassuming that I was wrong. The crew was acting like they didn?t understand English.
