Costumer services was fast but I would like also to be friendly when they provide the service.
Everyone has been great anytime I go for lunch.
We tried Jack in the Box because none of us had ever really eaten there and we wanted to see what keeps people coming back. ... The food was okay but not great and it's pricy. I would probably not go back given all the other choices for fast food outthere. We never answered the question of what draws people back. Maybe we'll try it again to see if we can find the answer. I had to yell 4 times just to get Kary, the lady working the front counter, over to the front counter so we could order!!! She... NEVER said anything before coming. NOT EVEN ONCE!!! Teach your employees to let the customers know that they know when they arethere!!! If you aren't there or can't be there immediately, the customer NEEDS TO HEAR something like, "be right there", or "I'mcoming"!!! NO EXCUSES!!! Also, the music NEEDS TO BE ON and at a volume that the customer can hear, AT ALL TIMES!!! Read more
I placed a personal pickup order on the Doordash app and headed over when it said it was ready. I pulled up through the drive... through and the lady tells me it isn't ready. No big deal, always good to practice patience, right? So I agree to drive aroundand park upfront and wait. When she brings the order out to me, she rudely says, "Doordash orders have to goinside"...?
