I had it the last time I came to the game it was delicious but this one was very bad. The burger was cold.

Service was more than horrible. One car in front of me and when I ordered no confirmation only silence. Get to the window and... sat for almost 4 minutes staringa at empty window. Finally someone came only to find out they didn't even have my DRINK ONLYorder in the system. When I asked the "cashier" to confirm the address of the location his response, you would have to ask mymanager as he blew me off and walked away. Read more
WORST JACK IN THE BOX EVER!! I had placed an online order and let me remind you I?ve never had an issue with placing and online... order till now! when it was time to go pick it up I was told at front counter that nothing ever went thru when the jack appcharged my card and emailed me my receipt. So when I went to show an employee the proof I had I was told there was nothing theycould do about it and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there no point in speaking with one when there?s nothingthey could do! The older lady working there who was attending me also was getting loud with me because as she states ? there wasnothing she could do about it ? So I left and come to find out this morning I woke up to a email saying that my order wascancelled! I should have known better. I haven't been coming here all year because the service is always awful. Orders are always a wrong... and when it says they're open, they pretend to be closed. And against my better judgement, i went there again tonight, lo andbehold my order was wrong. I Google them so i can call them to let them know they got it wrong but of course, the phone isdisconnected. Awful jack in the box. I've left a comment on survey on the receipts but clearly, nothing had changed. Idk if thisis even going to do anything but at least i was able to vent my frustrations. Edited to add: the chicken sandwich had ranchinstead of mayo. I don't like ranch. Complete waste of time and money. Read more
