Very crowded but to be expected for 11am on a Saturday morning. The wait was minimal like 20mn or less even with the line... hanging out the door. The staff was very friendly and courteous no complaints in that department. Food was fresh and hot justwhat we ordered. My only gripe was the parking was weird and confusing at this location due to other businesses using the samearea. Which was marked warning they towed if you parked near there door go figure which was directly at the entrance of IHOP. Read more
This location has the worst take out service of any restaurant I've ever been in and I travel and eat out often. I called to... place an order to go. I was immediately placed on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up and called back, however no one picked upthe phone and after 30 or so rings I hung up again. I drove down to the IHOP to place my order. I waited 5 minutes and finallysomeone cane to the front and asked if I had been helped. I have my order and was told it would take about 20 minutes. I satand waited for nearly 1 hour. I watched customers come in be seated finish their meals and leave all the while being told thatmy order which was 3 orders 2x2x2 was being bagged and would be out in just a minute. When I received the food the eggs andsausages were cold, for 3 orders of pancakes that came with the meal I got 2 syrup packets no butter and the pancakes were coldalso. Ridiculous as this order is something that is ordered by lots of people. The attitude of the people attending the frontwas one of complete indifference to the fact that it wasn't that busy and yet it took over an hour to provide me theorder. Horrible service..... The food was ok. My omelette was really bland. Kept adding salt to add some flavor. Our waitress was very nice and kept checking... to see if we needed anything. I really appreciated her service. My husband had no complaints about his food. Read more
This place has gotten very bad! My wife and I went here. We waited for 20 minutes before being seated. We were seated in the... back. The waitress went right by us several times as we sat 40 more minutes with no service. She didn't even acknowledge us. Ihad to go to the front hostess guy to ask for service. We had to wait another additional 15 minutes with still no service withthe waitress walking past us. Yet she kept serving others that didn't look like us. So we left. Very very bad experience! Mymoney is green and spends well at places that appreciates my business. Please don't go to this IHOP! Read more
