Rude customer service I walked in and stood there waiting for the Asian girl to get off her phone. I bought a regular size ice... cream and this girl put 1/4 of a graham cracker for the topping. I go to the other marbles and they're not stingy like this girlhere. I asked for Hershey's chocolate syrup and she said we don't have Hershey's but they had the off brand and didn't offer it.Very rude and the ice cream was very melted. Look at my pics. This is as close to freshly made ice cream you could ever get from an establishment. Cold stone is not even close to the... freshness you get from Marble Slab. I've gone to different one in Texas and they are all consistent with the taste. I orderthe waffle Heath cone with the Coffee Ice cream, Oreo cookie crumbs and butter fingers crumbs mixed for one scoop of ice cream.It is fantastic! especially if you like Coffee flavor ice cream. You guys have a good product but your hours are of the 90 year old target market. People go out to eat at 8 PM and eat dessert... after that. How on earth can you only be open till 8 PM?!?! I would be happy to buy the business from you just to have you stayopen til 10pm !! Read more
The ice cream tasted pretty basic to be honest. Wasn?t anything special and it was kind of pricey as most others have mentioned... already. They do have a ton of options though and a bunch of toppings to add as well. The service was good and the location waswell kept and clean. It got busy towards the end of the night and had enough employees to take care of the rush of people thatcame in. Could definitely find some better ice cream elsewhere without paying as much. I?ve been coming here with my grandmother since I was a kid and it?s just the best. I love their cheesecake ice cream and she... loves their banana splits. It just one of those places that makes me feel at home when I visit Arlington. Read more
