Ordered a golden chicken sandwich which was two chicken strips with a dot of sauce. Fries that were cold and hard. Waited in... drive thru for about 20-30 min. Ice in drink melted. It would have been better fresh. Def waste of my money. Read more
I would give 0 stars is possible. Pull into the drive through tell them we want the 10 piece roasted chicken meal. He says... nothing but 2nd window. We are confused because we are not done ordering and he does not ask if that?s it. So my husband sayswe would like to order more then he says well what you want. Real dry with an attitude. So we just drove off without evengetting the food. They need to train these people better on good customer service. Read more
Wednesday- ETA: 5:34pm Young Lady: ?Order when you?re ready? I guess this is the new McDonalds! There wasn?t a greet or... anything. Nor was I told to go to the 2nd window. When I paid my money and got my food there wasn?t a ?Thank you?. Is this thequality of service that?s taught here?!? This was horrible. Please coach these young people proper behavior. First of all i got two 4 piece boxes with okra and a brisk and a big red. When they gave my food they gave me a sweet tea. When... they went to correct the drink they put it in same same cup instead of giving me a new cup and he never even gave me a newstraw. That is nasty ! Unfortunately I can?t give it 0 stars. When I saw the low rating I thought people were exaggerating but no listen to everyone... here. This was the worst golden chick I?ve ever had in my entire life it was so bad I couldn?t finish it. The chicken wasn?tfully cooked , fries and chicken were cold and I didn?t even go through the drive thru just so it would be hot and fresh. Butit?s like the chicken and fries are just sitting there not being heated. They also didn?t give me my zinc sauce. And I orderedall spicy and got 2 spicy 2 original?. Just take the extra 10 mins and go to the one on Turner Warnell the food is always hotand it never disappoints. Also they won?t serve you the baby chicken tenders. Waste of $10 Read more
The drive-thru is your only option currently as the inside portion is being renovated so everyone will be informed. I was... hungry as a horse so I got chicken! I had to wait for it but was well worth it. Great service. Great food. Read more
The okra is bigger than some of the 6pc bbq boneless wings. Its funny cuz my baby 6 week old chicks at the house have bigger... wings than this. It tasted okay the flavor okay I just was expecting bigger pieces of chicken. Read more
Very Disappointed.. I just left Golden Chick on Matlock.. I ordered 12 wicked wings freshly cooked. The cashier says it will be... a 20 min wait.. I said that's fine.. and pulled around to the front of the store. I asked for 2 packs of the seasoning packet.After my 22 min wait the cashier brought out my order. I didn't check thinking it was ok.. I made it home and the wings werecovered in seasoning as if someone wasted the jar onto the box..
