This place needs some major help! The wait for 4 combos was 52 minutes and a car lot full of others waiting on their food as... well. Daughter went inside and there was a lobby of people waiting on their food for 30 minutes or more. Food sitting on thecounter in bags and not being called out or given out. So, we received our food cold! The drive thru person was high orsomething cause I would place an order for a combo and she would repeat it completely incorrect. I had to state each combo 5times for her to get the correct order, side and drink correct on the screen. Then, total confusion at the window! Customerservice sucks and so does the wait! I don't mind waiting 7 to 10 minutes but, almost and hour...nope! To top it off...as girlswent out to give food, they were standing outside flirting with customers instead of rushing to get food out to customers! Read more
My first experience here was really good the crew were pleasant and the location was exceedingly clean I absolutely will be... going back! So yeah, I think it's now one of my new favorite chicken places in Arlington ???? Read more

I ordered a 2 piece roasted chicken combo on 10/6/22 that is supposed to come with a breast and wing. I got a thigh and a wing... and I went back in and asked why I didn't get a breast and she told me because they were out and were just cooking some more,they're truck just came in, and it would be 20min. She wasn't rude just not helpful. It would've been good if they had told meup front they didn't have roasted chicken breasts ready and given me an option. I asked for a refund for my meal since theydidn't have the 2 pieces I wanted and she didn't want to give me 2 thighs and 1 wing to makeup for not having breast(said shewould have to charge me). She refunded my 8.49 but didn't refund the tax on it. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
This was the most poorly run and operated golden chick I have ever been to. They definitely need new management and a new face... on the cashier. The most miserable sounding person I ever met seemed to be in charge of giving orders. I couldn't get half ofwhat I wanted because they were closing the store down an hour and a 1/2 before the hours said they should and decided tocleaning instead of having drinks available. Food was alright, on the stale side for fries and the roll. Definitely go tochicken express next door instead of this place. Read more
Couldn't wait to eat some golden chicks today. I've been to only two other golden chicks before. My husband has never been... before and I talked him into getting it. Told him it was really good chicken he wanted to go to right before you get to Popeyes.We got home and the chicken looked awful the okra was soggy. It was awful no flavor at all. We spent 50.00 dollars for trash. Wewill never go back. The only thing good I can say is the girl in the drive through was very sweet. Very disappointed ?? Read more
Came here for a pickup order. When I went in, the blonder hair male worker told me to go out side and get in the line? I asked... why? They said the lobby?s closed. No signs, all doors unlocked, all the lights on, but the lobby?s closed? When I asked themthe drive through line was very long and if they could please give me my order, they asked me to wait. The guy then gets yelledat for taking an order wrong come to me and tell me to get in the line outside cause they hadn?t made it!???? After making mewait i add you. While I could see the contents of the order ready on the shelf behind them. They were just being lazy, rude andarrogant. Noted: after I was turned away I saw other people being served inside.(picture for proof)This location is racist.That?s the only conclusion I can come to after being treated the way I was. I placed my order here personally before and theyhad gotten by chicken wrong(instead of roast they gave me fried). What?s more as I waited outside the blonder hair guy came andgave me my order. Don't bother, Chicken Express is a 2-minute walk away. This restaurant has fallen from grace since it was owned by Pat years... ago. Now management just hires kids that play and steal food and money. Great place to work if you like being abused by peoplewho know less than you. Read more
