This location needs to figure out a better way to call out peoples? orders. I suggest with ticket NUMBERS instead of NAMES... because someone took my order. It happened to another person too. That?s how orders get mixed up. The workers seem to not careand have no sense of urgency either. I don?t know who was the manager before but they need to get them back because customerservice is horrible this semester. The food is also very inconsistent. The last few times I went, my bagel had some unknownwatery ?sauce? instead of the usual schmear. I was hesitant to eat it. I could?ve gotten a heads up if they were out. Won?t begoing there again. What I saw was not even close to what I got. Took forever to get order as well.
"Our bacon is thick cut." On the nanometer scale? They are now using that super thin precooked bacon like you get at McDonalds... and still charging the same price as they did when they actually served thick cut bacon. The outside of my bag was slathered insome sauce that wasn't used on my sandwich with no attempts to wipe it off. Read more
