The employees will lie to you about being out of a menu item. When actually everything is left frozen because they don't bother... preparing it. More than once I've seen employees gathered outside with friends while cars wait forever in the drivethrough. Sometimes the service is good, most of the time it is not. I've been going here long enough to notice a pattern. If awhite Cadillac ATS is parked outside, you will get bad service. Read more
This has ALWAYS BEEN my go to place....they recently had a complete change of staff...idk why because the old staff was really... good at what they did. This staff is taking an extremely long time to get their act together. There is really long wait timesin line, you get up to order and absolutely no one acknowledges you for awhile, then they get you to the window and you just sitthere and wait....and wait....and wait for your WHOLE order because they give you 1 item at a time and then when you don't pullaway after awhile, then they come to you and ask what you're missing. If I could give zero stars I would. I had a free coffee coupon so I used it and placed another mobile order with it. I showed up... to pick it up and they( the manager ) refused to give it to me, even after I showed her my receipt on my phone. She walked awaylike she was going to make the order. I stood there for a few minutes, only to realize she was just ignoring me and making otherpeople?s order. The most horrible customer service I have ever received in my life and buy a manager at that. The worker was so rude from the start. You could see it on her face. Apparently, she had just been yelled at, so took her... frustrations out on me and my kids. Then, when leaving, my kids told the other lady to have a good day. She ignored us.???????? I do NOT recommend this place. Oh and I ordered a toasted sour dough egg sandwhich. It was just thrown on the bread,without being toasted. It was false advertisement on the board. However, after working all night, I didn't have the energy todeal with such non-sense. This is not a frozen coffee. Every time I buy frozen coffee now at Dunkin they give you frozen cream instead of frozen coffee.... You only taste the cream or milk like while you are looking to get the coffee taste. Managers keep telling you that it is themachine that calibrated like that. Please recalibrate your machine or you can start calling the drink frozen milk, milkshake orsomething else. Not frozen coffee. Read more
Stopped to get donuts for my kids as well as some sandwiches for my wife and myself this morning. Customer service was okay at... best. Both sandwiches were burnt and my large drink was half empty? I will definitely be avoiding coming back here. Especiallywhen there are plenty of mom and pop places around that can at least smile at you when you give them business as well as serveedible food. My first experience was unpleasant. I won?t go back. Their app said the Curbside option was available, but it was not. I... ordered 50 Munchkins donut holes to go. When I get home to, they only had put 32 donut holes in my order. The donut holes weredry and had been sitting for several hours. I usually do not leave bad reviews unless the service was absolutely terrible. I didn?t check reviews before ordering from this... Dunkin?, and didn?t expect to be get waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes. First of all, when I did finally get to thespeaker to order it took about 5 minutes until anyone even said anything. When I got to the window, I let them know I had apickup order (which I had ordered about 30 minutes prior) and it wasn?t even prepared yet at all. She made my coffee then askedif that was all when I had two other food items. Then I had to wait about another 5 minutes to come out. Overall, I would notrecommend coming to this Dunkin? there are way faster ones and other places around to get coffee. Read more
