Never seen an establishment as Horrible, nonchalant and insensitive as this. I ordered 3 pizzas and decided to do a car side... delivery since I would be driving back from work. I got to the store just after an hr 30minutes only to be told that they threwout my pizzas because I didn't come in earlier to pick it up and even when I tried to get a reasonable explanation from themanager, I was totally ignored.. I have requested they cancel my order and if in the next 3 days I don't get my refund I'm gonnatake it the issue to whole new level. If ever there were negative stars to give this store I would give it a negative 10. Read more

Worst customer service. A guy from the store called me after already waiting 30 minutes for one pizza to tell me it would be a 2... hour wait. He had an attitude and very rude, didn't even offer so much as a 2 liter for the 2hr wait. He pressed me to cancelthe order. Will never order Domino's ever again in life! This location always sucks. Very unsanitary, they was touching my food when they was touching their hair wiping their sweat, they do not where gloves just... nasty and I still haven?t gotten my refund back. I have ask for the manager on site and he said he was the manager and I wasjust so disgusted . I did not want to eat a sweat/hair sandwich.. very rude and poor customer service when ask for a receipt toshow proof that they have refund me my money. He says he cannot print out receipt. I called in my order at 11:45PM and get a call 10 minutes before my order is to be delivered at 12:20AM just to hear them tell... me that they can't deliver to my location after 8PM. Then why take my order and everything else for this to happen. 10 minutesbefore. That's not great and it makes y'all look terrible with customer service. I'll definitely be calling corporate in themorning behind all of this. Read more
