Ordered a pizza online at 12:45 am. Google says store closes at 1am andddd that the hours were just confirmed by the business as... of 2 weeks ago. Well, I received a phone call back that my order would be canceled because they closed at 12 today. Sure wasn'tupdated on Google. So we decided to go to the store. I ordered 4 pizzas and got home and 3 of the pizzas I ordered were incorrect. Went back to the store with my receipt that had... the 4 correct pizzas on it but Precious who prepared the order was really bothered by me and my frustration that she can?tdouble check an order before she gives it to the customer. Precious may need some training on customer service. She is notprofessional and it was her fault that she can?t get orders right. This is the second weekend I've ordered, and the second time you've gotten my order wrong. The only reason you're getting 3... stars is because the delivery guy was very polite and friendly. This is going to be my last domino's order. Read more
Update 6/11/22: Once again I ordered online, they said it was ready, I drove there and checked in. They took FIFTEEN MINUTES... to bring the pizza out this time! They obviously don't care about customer service! Ordered online for carside delivery. TheTracker said it was ready so I drove to the store and checked in. After waiting several minutes I called and they said it wasn'tready. I had to wait for them to cook the pizza they'd told me 20 minutes ago was ready for pickup. Read more
We eat here sometimes every afternoon and today they made my pizza extremely hot with jalapeños, I get jalapeños on my pizza... all the time and this is extreme and to take most of them off a medium pizza! Update 3/29/22 Order our pizzas and both were madejust right, thanks! Read more
Wow, this was the worst pizza from Dominoes. The hand tossed was more like thin plus very lean on ingredients. It was supposed... to be curbside contactless but sat there and sat there with hazards on and finally went in to get my cold flat cold pizza.Hopefully I didn't infect anyone of them since I had to go in. No gloves, no wash, no service! Ordered my last Pizza from here yesterday. Guy who took my credit card literally had dough or... food caked on his hands. I had to wait for my order to finish and got to watch many employees go from putting toppings on Pizzato working registers and phones with zero hand washing and zero gloves in between. This is not 1978. This is 2018! Pretty surethis is against food handling guidelines. My credit card actually was greasy when it was handed back to me. I will not be backever. After my Pizza showed complete I still stood around like an idiot for at least another 5 min before guy in the way backwas kind enough to get it to me. I should have asked for a refund when I noticed what was what. I know food is cooked to acertain temp to kill stuff but that is just gross. Beware do not go to this location: Just ordered and tracked a pizza. Says delivered and was not. No confirmation. No one... answering the phone. Update: went and picked uo the order something happened, but they were very nice Update 10/28: orderedagain on a Friday night, no response after and hour on where the za is it doesn't say its on the way either still waiting withcash, one hour later and I took my business elsewhere, they have an automatic call system for the orders and they don't answertheir phone so I'll go somewhere else Read more
