Got a delivery of burned looking pizza on top of horrible customer service by a delivery guy named Alexander. The crust was... extremely hard my kids could barely bite into it! I highly recommend you turn away from this Dominos pizza place. Totallydisappointed! Read more
Been ordering from here for a while but they have been having issues lately. Pizza sitting in store after cooked for 30+ minutes... before being delivered, coming in only warm, and they mark delivered online before its actually delivered. Had this happen forthe past 4 or 5 deliveries. Must be short staffed or something... Read more

ordered my pizza at 2:26 on 6/25/2022. I called at 3:06 to ask where my order was after the online tracker said that it had been... delivered and it had not. I spoke to Andrew, he said that my driver had other delivered in the areaI did not receive my ordertill 3:27. said I called at 3:23 and was on hold while my pizza was being delivered. I remained on on for almost 30 minutesduring which time I was repeatedly placed back on hold. I then had another phone call and they picked up within 2 minutes, Ihave video of all this by the way. I then asked to speak to a manager and Matthew was the one that answered, I was promptly hungup on. I called back again and Richard answered said that he was the manager. I began to explain the issue to him and he beganto raise his voice and talk over mr so that I could not finish what I had to say, I lost me cool. He then said that I was beingrude and hung up on me. I tried to call back a couple times (have that on video) and was hung up on. I was trying to explain tothe manager that I got a not greasy pizza and waited an hour for it and I would like my money back. However he would not allowme to talk. I heard him say that there is only one person in the restaurant right now but that IN NO WAY gives him permission toraise his voice to me first and hang up on me. I want my money back for my order and then I will quietly go away and not postany of this on social media . I have never had an issue with this location... until today... there was a mistake with my order and I promptly called and spoke... to Mathew a fantastic young man who helped fix my issue in a matter of seconds. He was fantastic is all I can say. Along side ofthat I have a special shout out to the staff at this location for the fantastic artwork that accompanied our food. Location 2177 W Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX 76013. Your employees have no proper customer service and should seek employment... elsewhere because customer service not cutting it for them. I called Dominos at 8 to place an order and I can hear the employeetelling another employee to hang up the phone and I quote ?hang up it?s Larry? so the employee proceeds hangs up the phone in myface.
