All the pizza was COLD, ordered wings, they were NOT cooked fully, had to send them back. The staff was sluggish, unconcerned... and when place was filling up with people, staff was running taking breaks, why run & hide, just take your designated breaktime. I gave this place a 2nd try after months of not coming back. Nothing has flavor the crust the sauce absolutely nothing. The... ranch even taste watered down smh. If you have other options just stick to that 1 this 1 in Arlington is terrible???? Read more
First time at this location, it was way better than any other location I've been before. Everything was hot and fresh and there... was plenty of pizza fresh out of the oven. The staff was very nice, make sure to tip the busser even though its not customary,she kept that place clean! Read more
Better than any other Cici?s by far. Employees are extremely friendly and give their honest input about their food and how long... it will take to make it. They actually seem like they like their job and that?s really hard to come by nowadays. Pizza isactually pretty good and their wings are amazing. Read more
Not going to sugar coat my comment on this one, it was gross! The quality of product has gone to hell. Yes pizzas were out, for... how long who knows they were not hot. Yes they have a salad bar but didn't go for salad and 13 dollars for a salad? Littleexpensive don't you think for some lettuce and some dressing??? Even the desserts were of poor quality. Those were old andinedible. I tried to enjoy , tried a bite of several different types of pizza to see if it was just the one I chose initiallyand consistently pizza was not hot and fresh. I tried my salad lettuce tasted gasy old and couldn't eat cinnamon roll or mybrownie. This has been the worst location I've been. Just may have been my last visit I refuse to pay your prices forsubstandard quality food. Went here for a bday party. It was a good time and the staff was kind and attentive when called on. The pizza was ok and the... salad items looked reasonably fresh. Id say for a dinner rush the place was reasonably clean. Generally I had a good experence.4 stars could be 5 if they did some extra work on customer interaction. Read more
