Good location BUT very RACIST and extremly ATTITUDE toward customers! We came in around 9:18 today, I understand that your store... closed at 10pm, but I wasn?t pleased with the workers there. My sister and I feel extremely uncomfortable to be treat in racismand digusted by the girl who had pink bun hair. There was extra lettuce and sour cream on the refrige on the right hand side,she didn?t even bother to go get it, I asked her again and she gave me an attitude! Went in right before 7pm Sunday 16Oct22 and they had NO SOFRITAS AND NO GRILLED VEGGIES! So there were no options for those of... us that prefer not to eat meat (other than rice and very few black beans)! All I was told is that they were out! My question is,were they just not going to make any hours prior to closing time or did the truck not come in? I was super disappointed! Read more

Difficult to access, unless you're going south on Cooper (even my GPS was confused...lol). The staff were cordial, but not all... staff knew what they were doing. It was obvious that one staff member didn't know how to make a child quesadilla, then herco-worker didn't warm it long enough for the cheese to melt. Restrooms weren't very clean. Read more

Ordered online. Restaurant didn't make order. Never gave me my food. Charged me anyway. I called corporate to get a refund. They... hung up on me. Ended up hungry and broke with no food. Edit: I called corporate again and they refunded my money. Changingthis review to 3 stars instead of 1. Read more

The quality is so poor compared to other chipotle?s nearby. I sincerely request management to take a look at the branch at S... cooper street, Arlington. Many school students go near by that because it?s near to UTA and high school. So there will be a gooddemand if the quality is maintained. Manager Veronica is absolutely terrible. I?m not the type to name drop or complain about people working food service but she is... really that bad. Rude, loudly complains, mean to her workers, gives extremely small protein portions. I come often and it?s aconsistent thing. Tonight she loudly complained as I walked in 20 minutes before closing? I?m a nighttime student and this isthe only place close by that?s relatively healthy. I wouldn?t be here this late if I had a choice. She genuinely gives meanxiety when she?s on the food line. Hate when the locations aren't all consistent. Chips not salted and were like a hard stale chew not a light crunchy chew. Guac... and chicken good however I returned to the store because they forgot my extra chicken and fajita vegetables. When I returnedthey admitted that they were out of fajita vegetables when my online order was placed but that the employee just failed to giveme my extra chicken. I'm going to suggest that the company specifically for online orders they need to provide the employeesapology stickers to put on our bags to let us know when there's something missing from the order (that didn't cost us extra ...like veggies or dressing) so that way they acknowledge the order is essentially wrong but that they were aware of it so that waywe don't get all the way home to realize it and be disappointed. For instance if I was ONLY missing the fajita vegetables theycould have put a sticker that says it and I would've just kept it moving. I wouldn't have made a u turn for veggies. I had thishappen at another location they were out of the dressing but when I picked up my order I didn't look in the bag I drove home gotready to eat only to realize the dressing wasn't in there but if they're given stickers to put on the bags to say hey we're outof this item then it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I wouldn't be as mad thinking someone just didn't care about my order beingaccurate. March 2022 Food was terrific. Best bowl I'd have in a very long time from any location. 5/8/21 I asked my roommate to make an order for me at 1:30pm for 1:45, the order wasn?t ready until 2, which is not an issue... cause I have previously worked at chipotle. But I ordered extra brown rice and double steak. The bowl felt significantly lighterand when I opened it, it wasn?t even filled. Not only that whenever I called the store to get it remade, the cashier was nothaving it. So I ask to speak with the manager. I was left on hold for 10minutes.
