I'm an understanding guy, but 3 mistakes in a row is enough for me to complain and leave a review. I have a usual order I get... when I get off work, a number 2, large dr pepper and jalapeño poppers. The last two times I get home, no poppers. This time, Iget no fries, no poppers and I get those fried Mac n cheese balls that I don't care for. If it wasn't a hassle to drive all theway back for what will probably be some cold fries and tenders and poppers I would go back. If you go to this location doublecheck your order because they sure don't. I'm doubtful I'll go back here again. Read more
Had to drive back for mashed potatoes and gravy they forgot and the worker talked to me like it was my fault and offered no... coupons or freebies for my trouble. Chicken was under the heat lamp for a while you could tell. Not worth $40 to try and feeda family of 2 adults and four little kids. Read more
Not at all sure what has happened to this place since my last visit. This is the first time I've visited this particular store... and won't be back again. The size of the chicken strips has shrunk to at least half the size they have always been and to makematters worse I bit down on two of the five I ate and there were tiny bones in the boneless strips! NOT cool at all if ones notexpecting such. I've included a picture of the largest strip in the 12 strip box. I loved it, overall everything was great. This was my first time here so I kept an opened mind. I ordered the number 1 lunch... combo of 4 spicy tenders with fries and a biscuit with a large drink and the total was $6 exactly. The food was hot and fresh. Ithink they were having a little problem with the system so a lovely girl gave me an extra tender for the wait but honestly thewait was very short. The place was clean and I love all the windows letting in natural light. Also the whole kitchen is openedso you can see everything they they are doing. Read more
